rrreefs is a registered Swiss AG and German association rethinking, rebuilding and regenerating coral reefs through the installation of underwater modular clay reef systems. rrreefs' scientifically optimized modular reef system is produced with non-toxic clay, adapted to the needs of coral larvae, thus enabling coral settlement & growth, as well as providing a habitat for a diversity of reef animals and helping to re-establish a natural ecosystem balance. Our structures whose size and shape are customized to fit the local topography are designed to restore reef life, bring back abundant biodiversity, and improve coastal protection and socio/environmental resilience of coastal populations while raising awareness about coral ecology.
