As we embark on the next chapter of our success story, we are actively seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Development to build and lead a dynamic marketing and sales teams. If you're a visionary leader with a track record of driving revenue and shaping impactful marketing strategies, we invite you to be a key player in our exciting journey.

✨ **What will you do?**

You will boost Ittinsect's sales growth in the existing market (Italy) and you will lead the internationalization and expansion into other European countries, including Norway, France and beyond.

Spacifically, you will

1. **Sales Team Leadership:** Build, lead, and coordinate sales teams in each country, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team capabilities.

2. **Network Development:** Identify and establish relationships with clients, distributors, retailers, and other key partners in France and Norway. Strengthen existing relationships in Italy to optimize product distribution.

3. **Sales Target Achievement:** Set and monitor sales targets for each country. Implement effective sales plans, monitor performance, and take corrective actions as needed.

4. **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies.

5. **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Utilize insights to refine sales and distribution strategies.

6. **Budget Management:** Develop and manage budgets for business development activities. Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

7. **Travel:** Be prepared to travel up to 2 weeks per month as needed to oversee and support business development activities in Italy, France, and Norway.

- You have experience in coordinating and leading sales teams.

- You have 3+ years’ work experience under your belt with track record of managing the growth in product sales and conquering market share for your product.

- You possess the ability to collaborate across various company functions, bringing your vertical expertise in sales and business development to the table.

- Your communication skills are excellent and you are creative

- You have a good command of the key tools required for your team’s daily tasks: PowerPoint, email marketing tools, and social media knowledge.

- You're dynamic and ready to dive into a rapidly growing startup.

- You are fluent in Italian and English. French and/or Norwegian are a strong plus.
