Business & Operations Associate

Ocean Vision Legal is growing, and we’re looking for a Business & Operations Associate to help scale our impact. This role is at the heart of our operations - driving efficiency, supporting high-profile initiatives (including setting up an advisory board), and strengthening the backbone of the world’s first international law firm dedicated to Ocean protection.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee key business and operational processes, from invoicing to project management

• Build and improve internal systems, streamline workflows, and track key metrics

• Drive OVL’s communications—managing newsletters, social media, and brand strategy

• Support client meetings, event planning, and high-profile speaking engagements

• Contribute to fundraising efforts and strategic partnerships

• Set up and manage OVL’s new Advisory Board

Salary: EUR 45,000 - 60,000 depending on experience.
