Personal Summary

After completing a double Master Grande Ecole in project management at Audencia Nantes and in maritime engineering at Centrale Nantes, a year in the start-up Beyond the Sea, then in the Wind Ship association, I'm now looking to bring my knowledge, experience and personality, while continuing to acquire new skills. Being determined every day to provide know-how, expertise and solutions is something I really care about.
During my studies, I acquired the profile of an entrepreneur and an engineer, two complementary fields, enabling me to work on technical projects while having the necessary skills to bring them to a successful conclusion. The seven years I spent in preparatory classes and at school were very enriching, and taught me a lot about working methods, planning and organisation, an essential part of my training. My Master's degree in marine engineering gave me the scientific and technical knowledge I needed to tackle the societal challenges linked mainly to energy and the maritime sector. It gave me a wide range of skills and, above all, the ability to adapt to a variety of environments. I put this into practice during my internships in the naval sector at Marc Ronet Architecture Naval, Royal Haskoning, my position at Beyond the Sea and then at Wind Ship (in technical consultancy and project management). I was immersed in different types of organisation: a naval architecture firm on a human scale, a major consultancy firm in the port sector that is one of the market leaders, an innovative start-up and then an association. My ability to adapt helped me to get through this organisational complexity. When I worked at Royal HaskoningDHV, I was given an assignment that required me to visit the client's offices, based in a different town in the Netherlands, every week. During my time at Beyond the Sea, I gradually took on responsibility for the company's strategy alongside Yves Parlier, as well as implementing it and managing the operational teams. With the whole team, we managed to raise €1 million in funding from Time for the Planet. I also managed the European GALATEA call for projects and obtained the 1000 Solutions label from the Solar Impulse Foundation. I was also in charge of the communication aspects and the brand image. These experiences have taught me to be a creative force, to go beyond the tasks entrusted to me, while being autonomous through different projects.
I'm also very interested in the human side. Having an impact and dedicating myself to others is something that's really close to my heart. I've had the opportunity to manage different teams during my sporting activities. I was in charge of a women's football team at Centrale Nantes and the sailing team at Audencia Nantes. I had to manage all the logistical, administrative and communication aspects, but above all I had to manage team members of different levels and with different characters. I really enjoyed analysing and understanding the differences in behaviour and working methods and taking advantage of the complementarities to move forward together towards the same goal. I also worked with students from all over the world. These periods were very instructive, thanks to contact with different cultures and working methods of people from different countries.
The projects also revolves around an environment that is particularly close to my heart, the ocean. I'm very passionate about sailing. I've been immersed in the world of the sea since I was very young. My grandparents sailed around the world, and I had the opportunity to sail and travel with them to Thailand, Croatia and Tahiti. They taught me a lot about sailing offshore and life on a boat. My uncle also took part in a number of races, including the Fastnet, the Route du Rhum and the Drheam Cup. I always enjoyed following his adventures and learning more about racing in general. One of my bosses was the famous French sailor, Yves Parlier, and I learnt a lot from him, and his way of sailing in osmosis with the environment in which he evolves. Finally, living in Saint-Malo, I've been able to practice light and habitable sailing since I was a child. I've been able to put this knowledge to good use by taking part in regattas as part of various crews. I joined an ocean racing crew last year to take part in races such as the Gascogne 45/5, the Armen Race and the Fastnet Race. I've always loved being part of a crew and I find that sailing is a good way of understanding the dynamics within a group.This sport has also taught me to push myself to the limit and the pleasure that implies for oneself and for the team. To satisfy this desire for the open sea, I set off to sail for 1 year on a first30E. The aim was also to meet schools throughout our voyage to raise awareness of the need to protect the oceans. I've just come back from this incredible experience and I've learnt a lot from it. I also had the opportunity to follow the Magenta Project mentoring programme at the same time.

Beyond my interest in sailing, my passion is for the sea and all that it implies: infinity, possibilities, adventure.

Work Experience

Project manager
- Nov 2023 Wind Ship

Wind Ship is a French association set up in 2019 to accelerate the ecological transition of the maritime sector through the development and deployment of wind-powered ships.

Wind Ship is taking part in the transformation of local modes of transport and consumption:
- By structuring a local industrial and technological sector for "clean" maritime transport, bringing new opportunities to existing industries;
- By supporting economic models that reduce distances and open up new connections between regions; - By proposing values that enable citizens to reduce their impact and fulfil their social responsibility.
Wind Ship increases the visibility of solutions by supporting decision-makers and users and represents wind propulsion at national level so that it is fully considered as a pillar of decarbonisation and that it relies on a structured and competitive national sector.

Tasks:
- To implement the projects that the Wind Ship association decides to support. These projects may be of a technical nature (information/outreach projects, research and development, training, etc.) or event-related (organising the programme for a meeting);
- Drafting of the NORVENT project report:

- Leading several working groups that are mobilised on a monthly basis within Wind Ship;
- Helping to develop and perpetuate the structure;
- Promoting Wind Ship's activities through targeted communication;
- Supervising one-off contributors (interns, work-study students) or contributors from outside the association (service providers).
