We developed experimental setups related to Octopus vulgaris and Sepia Officinalis culture conditions. These consisted of providing or not refugees in the tanks where organisms were maintained to evaluate their adaptability and response to enriched environments for commercial aquaculture purposes. The placement of a GoPro was employed to observe organisms' behavior. In parallel, I carried out data analysis and behavioral analysis related to the experiments carried out at IEO on Cuttlefish (Sepia Officinalis) fed with an artificial diet. This also included the analysis of multimedia data related to the behavior of the animals for welfare purposes.
I presented the study's results at the International Congress on Aquaculture Health, Safety, and Welfare in Guanajuato, Mexico, in August 2023.
