Blutopia is first and foremost an operational diving center based on the island of Rhodes, Greece, running daily snorkeling and scuba diving trips designed around ocean literacy and marine biology interpretation. Our visitors do not simply go for a swim; they experience the Mediterranean Sea through guided explanations of marine ecosystems, species, and environmental challenges, turning every trip into an educational eco-tourism experience.

Alongside our diving operations, Blutopia functions as a hub for marine education, field training, and applied research. We host students, young professionals, and researchers from across Europe, offering hands-on experience in marine biology, conservation, and aquaculture within real sea conditions. Through dive-based monitoring, coastal observations, citizen engagement activities, and collaborations with academic and local partners, we actively contribute to the understanding and protection of Mediterranean marine ecosystems.

For the summer season, we are hiring a marine biologist to actively participate in our daily diving operations and eco-tourism activities. The role combines sea work, interaction with visitors, and marine education.
