Overview of the Role As the Mangrove Breakthrough Intern, you will serve as a versatile support system for the Breakthrough’s core team. Your primary mandate is to assist across various pillars of work, including Finance, Policy, and Communications & Outreach. You will be directly involved in the operational preparation for major international climate forums, such as New York Climate Week (NYCW), the IUCN Congress, and COP31, helping to coordinate investor meetings and national workshops. Additionally, you will work with the team leads to provide ad-hoc support on strategic activities, ensuring the team can move fast and effectively. Key responsibilities include: Pipeline Support: Provide support in managing and coordinating the pipeline of projects, consolidating KPIs and tracking progress.
