Europe Jacques Delors is a Brussels-based, non-profit and independent think tank, which was created in early 2020 in addition to the Jacques Delors Institute in Paris and the Jacques Delors Centre in Berlin. United by a common theme – Penser l'Europe, Europa denken, Thinking Europe – the three think tanks aim to contribute to the debate on the European integration in line with Jacques Delors' vision and legacy.

Europe Jacques Delors is focusing on sustainability and environmental issues, working on agrifood, ocean protection and green finance. In January 2025, it launched its  Ocean Centre, regrouping different projects in the field of ocean protection and governance and designed to champion an ambitious holistic approach to ocean issues.

Europe Jacques Delors is looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) Policy Analyst (F/M/D), based in Brussels. The position is to be filled as soon as possible, initially for the duration of a year, with the possibility to extend.   Your tasks: Manage projects under the supervision of the Director-General. Monitor relevant legislative files and important events / conferences related to the implementation of the European Ocean Pact and Ocean Act (including the related legislative revisions of MSPD & MSFD). Monitor legislative developments and initiatives concerning decarbonisation of Maritime Transport at international (IMO) and European level (Ocean Pact related initiatives). Conduct research and provide timely advice and policy analysis and help to support ambitious policies.
