Overview of the Role As the Mangrove Breakthrough Intern, you will serve as a versatile support system for the Breakthrough’s core team. Your primary mandate is to assist across various pillars of work, including Finance, Policy, and Communications & Outreach. You will be directly involved in the operational preparation for major international climate forums, such as New York Climate Week (NYCW), the IUCN Congress, and COP31, helping to coordinate investor meetings and national workshops. Additionally, you will work with the team leads to provide ad-hoc support on strategic activities, ensuring the team can move fast and effectively. La empresa Investigación, Planificación y Desarrollo, S.A. inicia la selección de observadores/as de pesca para la Campaña de Remolcadores de Atún Rojo 2026 en el Mediterráneo. Detalles del embarque: Salidas desde varios puertos del Mediterráneo, con destino al puerto de Cartagena. La campaña se desarrollará según la zona de pesca del atún rojo. Embarques desde la primera quincena de mayo. Duración aproximada: 4 a 8 semanas. Funciones principales: Seguimiento de los atunes transferidos a un remolcador asignado. HANDS-ON CORAL REEF SCIENCE. REAL DATA. REAL IMPACT. The Livingseas Restoration & Research Internship is a four-week, field-based programme designed for marine biology students, graduates and early-career marine scientists seeking real-world experience in coral reef conservation. This internship prioritises practical research components over introductory-level training, focusing on strengthening field and analytical skillsets. Working side-by-side with the Livingseas Team in Padangbai, Bali, you will actively contribute to coral planting efforts and conservation programmes, in addition to ongoing research projects—collecting, analysing, and interpreting data. With small intake groups (maximum four interns), you’ll receive personalised training and mentorship.
